Tips To keep Body Healthy and Beautiful.

Beauty of body matters when you provide your body good nourishment in each and
every aspect. Our body which we get only once . Your body deserves to be treated
well, yet many people neglect the health of their bodies. Likewise a person with
a very thin body and a person with overweight are more prone to diseases and
doesn’t look nice. But healthy person stands, live longer and can perform his
day to day activities very easily.90% of depends on what type of food you are in
taking which results in healthy, glowing and beautiful skin.
Have a good eating habit
-
Diet should be planned as per your weight and
activities. Breakfast is an important meal, having a good breakfast just gives
the right start of your day. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, cereals (especially
soybeans, green grams, sprouts) as it provides vitamins and also proteins. Daily
have a glass of milk as it provides calcium. Egg (sea-fish) and fish oil are
very good for health. And for a non-vegetarian, you should eat meat and
vegetables in balance. In your daily meal salad should always be there which
provides your body good fiber.
Drink plenty of water
-
At least 8 to 9 glass of water a person
should drink. Choose unsweetened juices, tea, milk etc. Coffee should be avoided
as it draws water from your body.
Positive attitude
- Keep a positive Mental Outlook, always live
well, healthfully having a cheerful outlook on life. Always have a smile on your
face.
Reduce fat
Take less intake of oily and junk food. It
should not be in excess. Stay away from sugary
food. Teenagers who tend to eat in excess of
oily food gain more weight and due to excess
present of oil in there body makes skin oily and
results in pimples on there face , back etc .
Eating fast food may increase risk in diabetes
and heart failure in the younger age also.
Exercise
- Avoid lifts. Avoid sitting for long time, if sitting
for most of the day, at work, take short breaks throughout the day by getting up
and walking a bit to keep your circulation going on. Half an Hour’s walk is
compulsory.
Protect yourself from pollution
- Pollution is the main factor
which leads your skin to pre aging. The harmful pollutants enter our body
through breathing and effects our lungs, eyes, nose and results in allergies.
Plant lots of shrubbery and trees in your yard. Physical protection is very
necessary for skin, always apply good sunscreen lotions with SPF 15 which helps
to soak up free radicals made by Pollution or exposure to sun or put some mask
on your face while going out. Cleanse your face twice a day with a good face
wash, avoid soaps. Don’t stay longer in pool or sea beach which cause you skin
Tanning.
Reduce Alcohol
-
Prevent alcohol, drink very lightly or not at all which may risk liver damage. Excessive
drinking can damage your brain and may lead to
change your mental state behavior and
personality and also causing your skin yellow in
color and eyes red.
Stop Smoking
-
Smoking is harmful to nearly every organ of the
body. Its main effects are on -:
(a) Respiratory system.
(b) Heart
(c) Main disease is Cancer.
Smoking has negative effects on bones and joints. Smokers look older than
non-smokers as they develop deeper wrinkles as they age. Smoking restricts blood
vessels, it stops oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin, that’s why
smokers often appears pale, unhealthy, teeth yellow in color, lip converts black
in color and also have stinky smell.
Reduce Stress
-
Regular exercise and a sufficient amount of sleep
may help to reduce stress. Relaxation techniques, massages and meditation and
Nutritional deficiencies may lead stress to the body.
